This event will be streamed live on Zoom and is open to the general public.

President Joe Biden will reach the milestone of his first 100 days in the White House by April 30th, a benchmark set by President Roosevelt in 1933 and that has been used to judge new President’s productivity and ability to deliver on given promises ever since.

The Norwegian Atlantic Committee has in this capacity invited former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Defence, Espen Barth Eide and senior vice president for Europe, Eurasia, and the Arctic and director of the Europe, Russia, and Eurasia Program at CSIS, Heather A. Conley to evaluate Bidens first 100 days in office. They will take a closer look at how the Biden administration has delt with the Covid-19 pandemic as well as foreign and defence related matters. The conversation will in particular focus on the transatlantic relationship, as well as the Iran deal, China, Russia and climate change.

The event will take place live on Zoom, Monday May 3rd at 5pm (CET): https://zoom.us/j/99886664747

The Secretary General of The Norwegian Atlantic Committee, Kate Hansen Bundt, will moderate the conversation.
