The Oslo Scurity Conference 2026 will take place in the Oslo University Aula on February the 2nd and 3rd.
As the transatlantic community adjusts to a rapidly changing strategic landscape, the Oslo Security Conference 2026 will bring together leading policymakers, experts, and practitioners to explore how Europe and its closest partners can navigate an emerging “new normal”, marked by a more unstable international environment, intensified great-power competition, and a return to realpolitik as major powers test the limits of the rules-based order. Questions surrounding the future of US global engagement, Europe’s evolving defence posture, the challenges posed by Russia’s destabilizing presence and its war on Ukraine, and the growing importance of maritime security, will frame this year’s discussions.
We are proud to announce that Kaja Kallas, High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, the Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs Espen Barth Eide, Radosław Sikorski, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, and Radmila Shekerinska, NATO Deputy Secretary General, will all join us on the first day of the conference.
In the weeks ahead, we will announce additional speakers and sessions, and we will open for registration shortly.
Please save the dates and stay tuned here for updates.
