The Oslo Scurity Conference 2026 will take place in the Oslo University Aula on February the 2nd and 3rd.
As the transatlantic community adjusts to a rapidly changing strategic landscape, the Oslo Security Conference 2026 will bring together leading policymakers, experts, and practitioners to explore how Europe and its closest partners can navigate an emerging “new normal”, marked by a more unstable international environment, intensified great-power competition, and a return to realpolitik as major powers test the limits of the rules-based order. Questions surrounding the future of US global engagement, Europe’s evolving defence posture, the challenges posed by Russia’s destabilizing presence and its war on Ukraine, and the growing importance of maritime security, will frame this year’s discussions.
We are proud to announce that Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs Espen Barth Eide and Radosław Sikorski, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, will join us on the first day for a conversation on the strategic role of Northern Europe and the deepening security cooperation between Poland and Norway.
