- Åpning av konferansen ved formann i Den norske Atlanterhavskomite, Alv Jakob Fostervoll.

- Forsvarsminister Kristin Krohn Devold vil snakke om:
"New Security Challenges. The Need for Military Transformation".

- Professor Gilles Kepel, Department of Islamic Studies ved University of Paris vil snakke om:
"The Relationship between Moderate and Extreme Islam. From Erdogan to Osama bin Laden".

Buss til Leangkollen klokken 11:30 ut hvor det serveres en buffet lunch klokken 12:00.

Ettermiddagens program begynner på Leangkollen klokken 13:15, hvor fire talere vil ta for seg temaet:
"The Security Policy Scene after the Summits of Copenhagen and Prague, Including the Developments
in the Middle East".

- Christopher Donnelly, Special Advisor to the Secretary General on Central & Eastern Europe, NATO.
- Pieter Feith, Dep Director General, External and Politico Military Affairs, EU.
- Gilles Kepel, Professor, Department of Islamic Studies, Institute for Political Studies in Paris .
- Espen Barth Eide, leder, avdeling for internasjonal politikk, NUPI.

Hver taler vil snakke ca. 15- 20 minutter hver.

Denne sesjonen avsluttes klokken 16:00, buss med retur til Oslo 16:15
