The Atlantic Association of Young Political Leaders

The Atlantic Association of Young Political Leaders (AAYPL) International and AAYPL Norway currently hold office at the Norwegian Atlantic Committee, Fridtjof Nansens plass 8, 0160 Oslo, Norway.

AAYPL is a network between young political leaders in the Euro-Atlantic area – USA, Canada and Europe. It is based upon the conviction that co-operation and strong links between politicians from different countries and continents are crucially important to create and maintain international peace and freedom.

AAYPL is a unique network that over several decades has forged links between central young political leaders from different political parties and countries. The foundation of the network  is the shared common values upon which the NATO-alliance is built.

AAYPL International consists of political youth committees formed in the member countries willing to cooperate with the AAYPL. The committees shall include equitable representation from the youth organizations of the major political parties within each country. In the last five years its been particular active in the Balcans. AAYPL International currently holds office at the Norwegian Atlantic Committee in Oslo, Norway.

The network consists of representatives from: Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Turkey, UK, Ukraine, USA, Lithuania and Romania.
